Swedish Home

Today I want to share with you a lovely swedish family home recently featured in one of my favourite home magazines: Hus & Hem.

This house dates from 1901 and the owners have done extensive renovations to bring it back to it's former glory. They've kept most of the original features but have added an extension to increase the floor size.

I really like the pale blue walls as a neutral background with the added pops of colour throughout the house to make it feel alive and give it plenty of personality.

  1. Wouldn't you love to be a kid and go to sleep in that loft bed? I especially would enjoy that reading corner complete with tons of books and pillows.

  4. I always love Swedish home. It looks fresh event in white with touch of color in decoration. I really wish I can paint all my wall white, but due to weather and humidity at my home country, it is really become a bit not practical. Thanks for sharing beautiful pictures Nina :)
